Senator Adams requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                     
SENATE BILL NO. 312(HES) "An Act relating to school                            
construction grants and to interscholastic school activities; and              
providing for an effective date" be taken up.

CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 312(HES) was before the Senate on                       
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
SENATE BILL NO. 312(HES) be held on reconsideration to the                     
April 12 calendar.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
